Please read the following for further guidance on how to make an order using our website. 

 

To make an order online, you need to be registered with us, via the website.  If you’re already registered online, you can login to your account by entering your unique username and password and then proceed to making your order.

 

If you’re not registered yet, click on “register” on the top right-hand side of the webpage. You need then to enter your personal details such as: your full Name,  your billing address,  your telephone number as well as your email address.  You will be asked to enter a desired password for your account.  However, your username will be your email address you need to use on the account.  Please make sure you need all information accurately and in full as it is a way of correspondence between the Company and you in order to have a smooth transaction in case, we need to be in touch with you regarding your order or shipment. You then can enter your shipping address which can be the same as your billing address. The shipping address can be changed for any separate new orders may be in future.

 

You can always log off and login again when you are ready to make your order after you completed the registration on the website.

 

When you are logged in, you can browse and add any meters of any fabrics in the basket being one meter minimum per design/per order. You can decimal numbers in your order. For example: 1.25 cm or 1.70 meters or 1.05 cm and etc., which you need to specify in the box provided in the quantity section.  Otherwise, you can click or numbers like: 1,2,3….10 meters on the drop-down menu.

 

When completed your order, you can then go to your basket and make sure you have all you need in the basket and if happy, then go to check out.  You will then need to choose the shipping method you prefer where the cost of each shipping is displayed. The final part would be to enter your payment details in our secure environment and confirm your order.  You will then see a message on the screen thanking you for your order displaying your unique order number.  and if you head to your inbox, you will see the order confirmation and order number for your order which you need to mention in all your correspondence. We always check the orders when we receive and email you or call you in case anything is missing from the order asking you for alternative solutions available.
