Returns and Cancellation:
Here are some important terms and conditions regarding orders, cancellations and our returns and refunds policy for you to consider, if you’re unsure about any of the following please contact us, we’re happy to help.
Ordering:
Please note that when placing an order with us through our website, via phone, email, WhatsApp, or Instagram - you agree that the information provided by you is correct and accurate.
You will automatically receive an order confirmation to the email address you have provided when your purchase has been ordered. You must check this order confirmation immediately to make sure that your details as well as your order details are correct. Please contact us straight away if anything on your order confirmation is incorrect. Please note that the order confirmation does not form a contract of sale between you as the buyer and Leila London Fabrics as seller. When your order is placed and completed you can’t add items to your order once placed as this creates complications regarding postage charges and preparing your order. If you’d like to add additional items, please make a new order.
Your orders to Leila London Fabrics Ltd are subject to the acceptance of your order depending on product availability.
In the unlikely event that part of your order is incomplete, we will contact you by phone or email as soon as is practical to outline your options. You will have the option to wait for re-stocking, change your original selection for a different product, or refund part or all of payments made as your satisfaction is our priority.
The dispatching of your order is the contract of sale between Leila London Fabrics and you, the customer. We will confirm shipping details by email. Please contact us if you do not receive shipping details in the following ten days after your purchase.
Lost Goods:
Any non-delivery of goods must be reported to us within 4 weeks of placing your order. In the event of your parcel is lost as a result of incorrect details provided by you or because of incomplete shipping addresses, we cannot be held responsible.

Every item is carefully checked and inspected by Leila London Fabrics to guarantee quality control and make sure the correct order is sent for delivery. We take every measure and precaution made available to us to ensure that the product images showcase the fabrics and products as clearly and accurately as possible, colours will naturally vary depending on your device and screen quality.
We want you to be delighted with your purchase, but if you are not, you can return any item within 7 days of receipt if it is faulty. This is provided the products are returned complete, in good condition, unused, unwashed and with suitable packaging.
If the goods are faulty a refund will be offered once you have completed the returns and refunds form and when we’ve processed your request. If you’re unsatisfied with your order and the item is faulty, please complete the returns procedure below.
Please note:
-If you placed your order in the last 24 hours and wish to cancel it, please email or call us as soon as possible and if we haven't cut and dispatched your order we will cancel.
-If your ordered fabric has been cut from a roll, including swatches, and cut to your specific order specifications it is non-returnable and non-refundable - unless faulty.
Returns:
If you believe that your item is faulty i.e. different colour, marked, nicked or damaged, please complete the form attached here and email it to info@leilafabrics.com
- You have 7 calendar days to request a return for an item from the date you received it.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your returns and refund request form must be completed with attached photographs of the faulty condition (if applicable) as well as the shipping details and the cost for you to return your order.
- Your return and refund request must first be accepted before you send your purchase back to us.
Please fill out the required information and send the completed form to info@leilafabrics.com. We’ll send you a confirmation email when this is processed and notify you whether your request has been accepted. Please do not post the item until we have confirmed your request. In the instance your refund is accepted, we will provide you with a full refund plus the delivery charges within 14 days. Make sure your items are securely wrapped and send your return to the following address:

Please note:
-in the instances where your refund request is accepted, the delivery costs will have to be paid, initially, at your expense. The delivery charges, along with the product refund, will be refunded once we have received the returned items and processed them for quality control.
-please remember it can take three to four days (or up to a week for international accounts) after we have processed a refund payment for it to appear on your credit-card statement.
If you do not receive our email confirmation within 10 days of your order being received at the warehouse, please contact us on info@leilafabrics.com so we can investigate.
